This is a reference translation. If there is any discrepancy, the Japanese version prevails.
These terms govern your use of this website. The terms that govern the tour itself are set out separately in the Tour Participation Agreement.
This website is operated by Full Throttle LLC (合同会社フルスロットル) ("we", "us"), trading as SCRAMBLE KART TOKYO, at 2-39-8 Kiyokawa, Taito-ku, Tokyo 111-0022, Japan.
You can reach us by email at info@scramblekart.com or by telephone on 080-9040-5056.
By using this website — browsing it, making a booking, uploading documents or managing an existing booking — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Booking a tour also brings you under the Tour Participation Agreement and the Cancellation Policy. Where those documents conflict with these terms in relation to the tour, those documents take precedence.
The name you book under must be the name on the driving licence and passport you will present on the day. We check them against each other. A mismatch is the most common reason a booking cannot be honoured at the counter, and it is not a ground for a refund.
We do not use passwords. Your booking is reached through a private link we email to you. Anyone holding that link can view or cancel your booking, so do not share it or post it publicly. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has it and we will issue a new one.
We may suspend or cancel bookings made in breach of this section, and refuse future bookings.
Prices range from ¥7,000 to ¥16,000 per driver depending on the departure time. The price that applies to your booking is the one shown on the booking calendar and confirmation screen before you pay.
Availability shown on the calendar is live but is not reserved until you complete payment. A slot you are looking at can be taken by another customer while you are filling in your details. We hold a slot for 15 minutes once you begin the booking.
If a price is displayed incorrectly because of an obvious error on our part, we will contact you before the tour and you may either accept the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
The text, images, layout and code of this site belong to us or to our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use in planning or taking a tour. You may not republish them commercially or present them as your own.
Route descriptions, landmarks and driving times are indicative. Traffic, road works, weather and police direction change what a tour actually covers on the day. Nothing on this site is a guarantee that a particular street or landmark will be included.
Where we link to other sites — booking platforms, transport operators, embassies, the JAF translation service — we do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend it for maintenance, and we may change or withdraw features. If the site is unavailable and you cannot reach your booking, email us at info@scramblekart.com and we will handle it manually.
We are responsible for loss you suffer because we have broken these terms or failed to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where Japanese law does not allow it to be limited — in particular, we do not exclude liability arising from our intentional acts or gross negligence, or liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your booking is the version in force when you booked, and we keep the version number and date at the foot of this page so it can be identified. If a change materially affects a booking you have already made, we will tell you by email and you may cancel for a full refund if you do not accept it.
These terms are governed by Japanese law. Disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court / Tokyo Summary Court as the court of first instance.
The Japanese text of these terms is the authoritative version. The English text is provided for your convenience; if the two differ, the Japanese text governs.
In force from 17 September 2026. The Japanese text is the authoritative version; the English text is provided for convenience.
