This disclosure is provided under Article 11 (advertising in mail-order sales) of Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. It applies to bookings and payments made online.

¥7,000–¥16,000 per driver, depending on departure time. The exact price for each departure is shown on the booking calendar before you pay.

有料オプション: GoProレンタル ¥3,000。走行中に生じた交通違反金・反則金はお客様のご負担です。カートを破損された場合のご負担は、破損した車両1台につき ¥50,000 を上限とします（ただし飲酒運転・レース行為・スタッフの指示や交通信号の無視など、参加規約に違反する行為に起因する損害はこの上限を適用せず、全額をご負担いただきます）。役務提供のため送料はありません。
Optional extras: GoPro rental ¥3,000. Traffic fines and citations issued during your tour are your responsibility. If a kart is damaged, your liability is capped at ¥50,000 per damaged kart — except for damage caused by breaching the participation agreement (drink-driving, racing, ignoring staff instructions or traffic signals), which you pay in full. No shipping applies — this is a service, not a product.

ご予約時にオンラインでクレジットカード決済いただきます（決済完了をもって予約確定）。走行後に生じた費用（交通違反金・車両損害等）がある場合は、内容を確認のうえ別途ご請求します。
Payment is taken online by credit card at the time of booking; your booking is confirmed when payment completes. Any post-tour costs (traffic fines, vehicle damage) are billed separately after we have checked them.

ご予約いただいた日の、ご予約いただいた出発時刻に提供します。所要時間はコースにより異なります（スピード体感コース/渋谷大満足コース: 60分（説明15分・走行45分）。30分ショートコース: 45分（説明15分・走行30分））。集合場所は本店所在地とは異なり、〒151-0054 東京都渋谷区千駄ヶ谷3-56-2 プレジール原宿1F です。
On the date and at the departure time you booked. Tour length depends on the course you book (Speed Run/Shibuya Highlights: 60 minutes in total (around 15 minutes of briefing and 45 minutes of driving). Short Run: 45 minutes in total (around 15 minutes of briefing and 30 minutes of driving)). Tours start from Plaisir Harajuku 1F, 3-56-2 Sendagaya, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo 151-0054, which is not the same as our registered office address.

| 申込みの撤回・契約の解除に関する事項Cancellation and refunds |
出発の7日前までは無料でキャンセルいただけます。出発の6日前以降は料金の100％を申し受け、返金はいたしかねます。通信販売にクーリング・オフの適用はありません。当社都合または悪天候による中止の場合は、日程変更または全額返金いたします。
Free cancellation up to 7 days before departure. From 6 days before departure, the full amount is charged and no refund is given. Cooling-off does not apply to mail-order sales under Japanese law. If we cancel — including for severe weather — you may reschedule or receive a full refund.

There is no limited application period. Our opening date was 2026-09-07; since then we have operated daily from 09:30 to 22:00, with no closing days.

| 契約不適合責任についての定めLiability for non-conformity |
当社の責に帰すべき事由により役務を提供できなかった場合は、日程変更または全額返金にて対応します。天候・道路事情・車両不具合により走行時間が短縮された場合は、短縮分に相当する額を返金します。
If we fail to provide the tour for reasons attributable to us, you may reschedule or receive a full refund. If driving time is shortened because of weather, road conditions or a vehicle fault, we refund the portion of the fee corresponding to the time lost.

該当しません。1回のご予約につき1回のツアーのみで、定期契約・自動更新・サブスクリプションはありません。
Not applicable. Each booking covers a single tour. There is no subscription, no automatic renewal and no recurring charge.

| 特別な販売条件・提供条件Special conditions |
参加はご自身で運転できる方に限ります（同乗はできません）。18歳以上で、日本で有効な運転免許証類（日本の免許証、ジュネーブ条約(1949)に基づく国外運転免許証、または認められた公的日本語翻訳文）の原本をご持参いただける方が対象です。書類が確認できない場合はご参加いただけず、その場合の返金はありません。1回のご予約は最大8名までです。
Everyone who joins must drive — there are no passenger seats. Drivers must be 18 or over and must bring the original of a licence valid in Japan: a Japanese licence, a 1949 Geneva Convention International Driving Permit, or an accepted official Japanese translation. If your documents cannot be accepted you cannot drive, and no refund applies. A single booking covers up to 8 drivers.
