What you need after booking

Cancellations and document uploads happen on the screen you reach after finding your booking with the form above. For a reschedule, please email us with your reservation code.

Rescheduling and cancellation: Find your booking with the form above to cancel. For a reschedule, please email us with your reservation code. Free up to 7 days before departure; from 6 days before departure a 100% cancellation fee applies.
Uploading documents (licence, passport, etc.): Once your booking is confirmed, we email you a document upload link. You can reach the same upload screen from the page you get after finding your booking with the form above. Upload by 48 hours before departure so we can review it before you arrive.

Booked through a travel site?

Viator, Klook, GetYourGuide, TripAdvisor, Expedia and similar sites keep their own booking records.

The form above only finds bookings made on this site. For a travel-site booking, use the voucher or the booking page of the site you booked on.
Changes and cancellations go through that site, not through us. The cancellation terms you agreed to there are the ones that apply.
The driving requirements are exactly the same either way. Every driver needs a licence valid in Japan and, for most countries, an International Driving Permit (IDP) — check the licence guide before you travel.
We email you a document upload link once your booking reaches us. Upload your documents at least 48 hours before departure so we can warn you in advance if something won't be accepted. If you booked within 48 hours of departure, contact us straight away.
